Biography
Born in Englewood, Colorado, a Sister of Loretto and graduate of Loretto Heights College (1969) and Goddard College (1972). Co-founded and co-directed the Rocky Flats campaign in the late 1970s and the national Nuclear Weapons Facilities Task Force, working with the AFSC. Co-chaired the Strategy Task Force of the national Nuclear Weapons Freeze Campaign during the early 1980s with Randy Kehler. Named a MacArthur Fellow in 1989 for this work.
