Murugesu Vinayagamoorthy, along with Nachimuthu Socrates, Vijayshanthar Patpanathan, Gaspar Raj Maria Paulian, Namasivaya Viswanathan, and an unknown individual conspired to provide resources, currency, training, and false documents to the Tamil Tigers.
