Biography

Michael Cullen was a 26-year-old Irish-born director of Casa Maria House of Hospitality, the Milwaukee Catholic Worker, and one of the principal organizers of the Milwaukee 14 raid on September 24, 1968. After serving 14 months in Wisconsin state prison he was deported to Ireland in 1974 in connection with his immigration status. He continued Catholic Worker peace organizing in Ireland for the rest of his life.
