Biography

Marjorie Swann was a pacifist who served a six-month federal prison sentence for the 1959 'Omaha Action' protest against construction of the Mead, Nebraska intercontinental missile base. One of 18 arrested and seven jailed, she was the last released, returning home in January 1960.
