Biography

Manuel Tarazona was one of the 39 foreign-born radicals re-arrested when the Civil Rights Congress bail fund was revoked in 1951; held for deportation after bail was twice refused, he was ordered released on bond by Judge Edward Weinfeld, who called the refusals an abuse of discretion.
