Biography
Lore-Elisabeth Blumenthal was arrested following the George Floyd protests in Philadelphia in May 2020. Authorities alleged she set fire to two police vehicles near City Hall amid widespread unrest.
She was initially charged with arson and later pleaded guilty to reduced charges related to obstructing law enforcement during a civil disorder. In July 2022, Blumenthal was sentenced to approximately two and a half years in federal prison and ordered to pay restitution.
