Biography
Leonardo Vásquez was one of the Mexican revolutionaries convicted in the 1913 Rangel-Cline case in Texas, captured with the party crossing to join the Mexican Revolution and imprisoned at the Texas State Penitentiary in Huntsville until the group's 1926 pardon.
The June 1925 labor-press political-prisoner birthday notice lists him at the Senior Farm, Dewalt, Brazoria County, Texas — a state prison farm, alongside his Rangel-Cline co-defendant Jesus Gonzales — with a June 30 birthday (no birth year is given).
