From May 31 to June 1, 2020 in Baton Rouge, LA, Kenyatta Sheire Huggins, 22, was charged with co-defendants Terry Dorsey and Shamyrin Johnson with conspiracy to maliciously damage by fire buildings used in interstate commerce. Four separate fires occurred at Tai Industries, AutoZone, Tiger Tire Shop, and AAA Tire Shop. Surveillance footage identified Dorsey, who admitted to starting the fires with Huggins and Johnson. Their motive related to anti-police tensions: Dorsey said he was "angry about what was going on and wanted to attack who was attacking us." Sentenced to 18 months federal prison.
