Biography

Kathryn Patterson was a Franklin & Marshall College student arrested at Lancaster’s September 2020 protest following the police killing of Ricardo Muñoz. After three days in custody she was released on unsecured bail. In March 2023 she pleaded guilty to four misdemeanor offenses and received eighteen months of probation. Prosecutors withdrew the felony charges and acknowledged that she had not thrown objects at officers.
