Biography
Joseph Harper, from Winnfield, Louisiana, was convicted for circulating apamphlet entitled " The Issue of the Day: Financial Slavery, Free Speech " and sentenced to two years in prison. He served in Leavenworth Penitentiary from January 17, 1919, to September 2, 1920.
