Biography
Irving Aarons was an organizer for Local 1250 of the Department Store Employees Union and one of five leaders indicted for criminal conspiracy in the December 1935 strike against May's Department Store in Brooklyn, under New York's revived 1836 anti-conspiracy statute; he was held on $1,000 bail facing up to three years.
