Biography

Counterculture icon and clown-activist. Arrested in the September 1981 Diablo Canyon blockade and held with the men at the Cuesta College gymnasium "Hotel Diablo," where he organized and emceed a multi-day variety show inside the holding facility he dubbed the "Tornado of Talent." Arrived at the action in green coveralls that he removed to reveal a Santa Claus suit. Previously the official MC of the 1969 Woodstock festival.
