Herbert Stredwick, a leader of the IWW's San Pedro, California, office and a Construction Workers and Marine Transport Workers delegate from Seattle, Washington, was convicted at the mass IWW trial in Sacramento and sentenced to five years in prison. He sewed in Leavenworth Penitentiary. He had a wife and one child.
