Biography
Reproductive justice activist found guilty in August 2025 of federal "conspiracy against rights" charges (18 U.S.C. § 241) for participating in actions against anti-abortion "crisis pregnancy centers" in Florida. The prosecution is part of a broader federal pattern of using conspiracy-against-rights statutes against abortion-rights activists who target CPCs.
Gabriella Victoria Oropesa, gender non-conforming, co-defendant added in the March 2023 superseding indictment in the Janes Revenge Florida CPC case. Convicted at trial; sentencing pending.
Reproductive-rights defendant and the only one of the "Florida 4" Jane's Revenge defendants to take her case to trial rather than plead. Convicted in 2024 of FACE Act and conspiracy charges in connection with actions against Florida crisis pregnancy centers after the Dobbs decision.
