Biography
Annarella Rivera is publicly documented through a federal prosecution involving attacks on pregnancy resource centers that counsel abortion alternatives. The government characterized the conduct as ideologically driven intimidation—vandalism and threatening messages directed at staff and facilities in the context of polarized activism around reproductive rights—rather than conventional protest activity.
In March 2023, the U.S. Department of Justice announced a superseding indictment alleging Rivera participated in a conspiracy connected to targeted attacks on facilities in Florida and describing related allegations under the FACE Act. DOJ later reported that Rivera pleaded guilty (June 14, 2024) to a civil-rights conspiracy, and that she was sentenced (Sept. 12, 2024) to 30 days in prison and 60 days of home detention.
