Biography
Freddie Morrow, 17, with co-defendants Damien Darden, Marcus Merriweather, and Tony Andrews, followed and shot Michael Westerman near Guthrie KY on January 14, 1995 after seeing a Confederate flag flying from his pickup. Westerman died. Morrow pulled the trigger. Convicted of first-degree murder, civil-rights intimidation, and attempted aggravated kidnapping; sentenced to life plus consecutive 4 + 5 = 9 years.
