Charles Damien Darden, 17, drove the car in the January 14, 1995 Westerman shooting (Morrow shot from passenger seat). Convicted of first-degree murder, civil rights intimidation, and attempted aggravated kidnapping. Life sentence plus 3+4 years concurrent with each other but consecutive to life.
