Biography

Fred Haug was an early CIO organizer and former UE and Mine-Mill official in Cleveland, one of the eight indicted in the 1957 Cleveland Taft-Hartley 'conspiracy' case and one of only two charged with personally filing a false non-Communist affidavit. He was the husband of co-defendant Marie Reed Haug.
