Biography
Elisabeth Epps is an American activist, lawyer, and former member of the Colorado House of Representatives, representing the 6th district from January 2023 to January 2025. She is the founder of the Colorado Freedom Fund, a nonprofit that provides financial support to individuals unable to post bail, and has worked on bail reform and criminal justice issues. Epps is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America and has advocated for progressive policies including gun control and civil liberties.
