Biography
Ed Fey was an attorney who in 2010 slept on the steps outside the Santa Cruz City Hall in protest of a recent law targeting the homeless that made it a crime to sleep outside or in a vehicle. Johnson was arrested for this and held on $50,000 bail, he was convicted and sentenced to 6 months in jail.
