Biography
Clifford “Lumumba” Futch was a Pennsylvania prisoner associated with Black Liberation Front prison organizing for religious freedom and humane treatment, according to lawyer Jill Soffiyah Elijah. She reports fourteen years in a control unit. His prison-rights litigation challenged restrictions at SCI Dallas. A separate death sentence was reversed in 1976; scholar Bill Lofquist reports his acquittal in that prosecution in 1981. That acquittal did not resolve his other convictions. His later custody status and vital dates remain unverified.
