Charles Grier Sellers Jr. was a University of California, Berkeley history professor, born in Charlotte, North Carolina — the historian later known for The Market Revolution and was arrested with eight others at the Jackson Municipal Airport on July 21, 1961 — one of the arrests recorded by the Mississippi State Sovereignty Commission and preserved in the Civil Rights Digital Library.
