Biography
Aziz Abdul Naji was an Algerian aid worker who was performing charity work in Pakistan when he stepped on a landmine near the militarized Kashmi boarder in 2000. After a year medical rehab in a Pakistani hospital he was released and swiftly arrested by US forces in 2002 and transferred to Guantanamo Bay. He was never charged of or accused of any crime and was eventually deported back to Algeria despite protests that he would face torture if made to return. After his return to his home country he reportedly went missing.
