Biography

Antonia Sentner of St. Louis was harassed with deportation proceedings as a hostage for her husband, UE organizer William Sentner, during the McCarthy era. Her case was among those featured in the National Guardian's 1952 reporting on the drive to deport foreign-born radicals and trade unionists.
