Biography
Alejandra Pablos is an immigration and reproductive justice activist who was brought to the United States as an infant with her family who were undocumented. In January 2018, Pablos was leading a peaceful protest in Virginia outside of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), when she was singled out and arrested by DHS agents. Although she was released from jail and all charges against her stemming from this arrest were later dropped, this flagged her case for ICE who took her into custody. Since then Pablos has been fighting deportation.
