Biography

Albert Pezatti, who had retired the previous spring as secretary-treasurer of the Mine, Mill & Smelter Workers Union, was one of the defendants in the 1959 Denver Taft-Hartley 'conspiracy' case who entered a no-contest plea to the charge of filing false non-Communist affidavits.
