Frank Steunenberg assassinated; Haywood charged

Former Idaho Gov. Frank Steunenberg was assassinated. Elected with workers votes, he later used federal troops to crush a strike. IWW Bill Haywood was charged but acquitted by jury of poor farmers, who actually thought he did it!
