Frank Valdes beaten to death by Florida prison guards

Nine guards at the Florida State Prison in Starke entered the cell of Latino prisoner Frank Valdes armed with stun-guns, pepper spray and mace and beat and stomped him to death. The guards filed false reports and none were convicted.
