Biography

Wilhelm Schumann, a Lutheran pastor from Fort Dodge, Iowa, was convicted of preaching "disloyalty among his congregation" and was sentenced to five years in prison. He served in Leavenworth Penitentiary from July 11, 1918, to December 25, 1921.
