Biography

Virginia Arnold was a North Carolina teacher, National Woman's Party organizer and one of the first six suffragists imprisoned in the White House campaign, serving three days in the District of Columbia Jail in June 1917. She was a frequent banner-bearer, including the 'Kaiser Wilson' banner of August 1917.
