Biography
Sahilal Sarachandran, Nadarasa Yogarasa, Sathajhan Sarachandran, and Thiruthanikan Thanigasalam were involved in a conspiracy to provide material support to the Tamil Tigers by purchasing weapons from an undercover FBI agent.

After his 25-year sentence was reduced to 15 years in 2016 under an agreement that the Canadian defendants be deported on completion, the Bureau of Prisons records his release from FCI Elkton on July 19, 2019, followed by removal to Canada.
