Biography
A 16-year-old Black youth in Prince George's County, Maryland who, per The Black Panther Vol. 19 no.6,8 (1979), shot two police officers in self-defense after being beaten in custody; acquitted of first-degree murder but convicted of manslaughter and a handgun charge and sentenced to 25 years.
