Biography
Rodolfo Lozoya was a Mexican-American shop steward and disabled Air Force veteran, in the U.S. 29 years, refused re-entry from Juarez in January 1957 as an 'excludable alien' charged with Communist Party membership under the McCarran-Walter Act. Stranded in Mexico and threatened with arrest and prosecution if he crossed, he left a wife and seven U.S.-born children on relief in Chicago.
