Biography

Staff member of the Episcopal Church's National Commission on Hispanic Affairs jailed in 1977 alongside Maria Cueto for refusing to testify before a federal grand jury investigating the FALN. Her imprisonment became a major civil-liberties cause within the Episcopal Church and the Puerto Rican independence movement. Documented in PFOC Breakthrough magazine.
