Veteran Minneapolis electrical worker and Trotskyist who was among the founding leaders of the Socialist Workers Party and a stalwart of Teamsters Local 544. Convicted in the December 1941 Minneapolis Smith Act trial and sentenced to 12 months and a day in federal prison.
