Biography

Norman Ramírez Talavera was arrested in the August 30, 1985 Macheteros sweep, took a plea agreement, and received a comparatively short sentence in the early 1990s. He was among the Macheteros defendants whose remaining sentences were commuted by Clinton on August 11, 1999.
