Seattle Black Panther Party member arrested and charged with false solicitation, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest while selling The Black Panther and running the Free Breakfast program; The Black Panther Vol. 14 no.19 (1976) reports the charges were cleared on appeal after an officer admitted arresting him to make him change his soliciting.
