Biography

Monica Bicking was one of the RNC 8 indicted for organizing affinity-group disruption of the 2008 Republican National Convention in St. Paul. Initial charges included conspiracy to riot in furtherance of terrorism (later dismissed). All felonies were ultimately dropped.
