Biography

Mike Lindway was an Industrial Workers of the World militant in Ohio whose 1936 prosecution was denounced by the anarchist press as a frame-up. He was convicted of possessing bombs and ammunition with intent to use them for unlawful purposes; his appeal was reported in State v. Lindway, 2 N.E. 2d 490 (Ohio 1936), and taken up to the U.S. Supreme Court.
