Biography

Miguel Ramos, 26, with Dyshika McFadden and Tindal, used an aerosol can and open flame to set fire to an RPD vehicle during the May 30, 2020 Rochester NY BLM protests. The burning was broadcast on Facebook Live. Convicted at trial; 16 months federal prison + $4,287 restitution.
