Biography
Martin Darkow, from Easton, Pennsylvania, began serving a prison sentence on December 30, 1918. C. W. Davis, secretaiy of the Marine Transport Workers Industrial Union in Seattle, Washington, was convicted at the mass FWW trial in Chicago, sentenced to ten years in prison and fined $30,000. He served in Leavenworth Penitentiary from November 1917 to March 1918 and from September 1918 to June 25, 1923.
