Biography
Macy Morse was a mother and grandmother from Nashua, NH whose three oldest sons served in the military, one in Vietnam, prompting her conversion to active pacifism. She co-founded the Nashua, NH People Concerned About the War in Vietnam and accumulated more than 60 years of nonviolent activism, at least 10 arrests, and four jail terms — including for splashing blood in Alexander Haig's office in 1981 and for trespassing in Sen. Judd Gregg's office in 2003. She died at age 98.
