Biography
Father Luis Barrios is a Puerto Rican-born Episcopal priest, professor of psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York, and a longtime liberation-theology activist. He has been arrested repeatedly for SOA Watch line-crossings at Fort Benning, Georgia, and has served multiple short federal sentences for trespass at the U.S. Army School of the Americas. He has also been a leading figure in IFCO/Pastors for Peace caravans to Cuba and a critic of U.S. policy in Latin America.
