Biography
Dr. Louis Zuker was a 63-year-old Cleveland optometrist who had come from Poland some fifty years earlier. In 1958 he won his appeal from a deportation order based on alleged Communist Party membership, the Board of Immigration Appeals having found the government's witnesses unreliable.
