Biography

Langston Goldfinch was a white Tulane graduate student arrested at a McCrory's lunch counter in New Orleans in September 1960 while sitting with three Black students. He was charged with criminal anarchy under Louisiana's sedition statute — facing up to ten years — along with criminal mischief and conspiracy.
