Biography

New York anarchist and grand jury resister jailed for civil contempt after refusing to testify before a federal grand jury reportedly investigating a 2008 bombing at the Times Square military recruiting station. Held in the Metropolitan Correctional Center; released in January 2014 after his attorneys filed a Grumbles motion arguing his continued detention had lost any coercive purpose.
