Biography
Hugh F. Farrell, age 23, was indicted in 2009 with four misdemeanor counts (intimidation and conversion) plus one Class C felony for involvement in protests against the I-69 highway expansion in Indiana. The judge dismissed the felony racketeering charge in March 2010; his plea bargain was unsupervised probation for two years.
