Biography
Harry Eiseman was a teenage Young Pioneer leader sentenced to a reformatory for his part in the March 6, 1930 International Unemployment Day demonstration at Union Square, New York City — the youngest of the demonstrators seized when police attacked the crowd of some 35,000. His juvenile sentence became a cause of the International Labor Defense.
