Biography
Frederick Urban, age 46, was arrested April 1995 in Scranton, Pennsylvania while driving a van containing explosive devices; statements he made indicated intent to use the explosives against the federal government and a right-wing anti-government ideology. Convicted at trial of possession of an unregistered destructive device with a special-skill enhancement.
