Biography

Eugene Moy was the editor of the New York China Daily News, a Chinese-American paper sympathetic to the new People's Republic of China, indicted in 1952 on dozens of counts under the Trading With the Enemy Act. The prosecution was widely seen as an attack on the Chinese-American left press.
